Hello. I just got the creation kit, I am extremely new, and I've been searching through the various options for character movement, hoping to find where the speeds (and animation speeds) were defined, so I could make them equal. Can anyone help me find them? The only instances I've managed to dig up I've found no way to modify, so I'm rather confused.
