Embarrassing State of the CK! : V

First of all - sorry for my english ;-)

Since November 2011 I′ve been waiting for the CK. But now I′m very disappointed about the bad state of this little piece of s...oftware!
What I′m talking about: crashes, crashes, crashes, error windows, crashes, error windows, crashes, crashes...

1. I started a little creepy cave - selected the Skyrim.esm, the CK loads - CRASH!
2. I want to create a new worldspace, so in the Window I make a click on "New" - CRASH!
3. Surprise! After 10 Attempts to make a new worldspace, my great efforts were succesful!
4. "Click" on World - "Click" on Edit Heighmap - CRASH!
5. Oookkkayyyy.....stay cool...."Click" on World - "Click" on Edit Heightmap - "Click" on my Worldspace - Uhhhh a little, sweet Island - "Click" on Save - WTF? MyLittlePlugin.esp is in use? - It should be better when I cancel this - "Click" on Cancel - "Click" on Cancel - "Click" on Cancel - "Click" on Cancel - "Click" on Cancel - "Click" on Cancel - "Click" on Cancel - CRASH!
6. *sigh*.......
7. Select the Skyrim.esm - it loads.... - BING Error Window "BlablaString located on Gd$52j3 FileIntWTFLOL could not located Wewillalldie248i" - Click on Yes - BING Error Window "Blablablup Spankytank185/("$ InitFile StringRoadDragonPath 3094$)" - Click on Yes - BING Error Windows, Windows, Windows, Windows, WINDOWS, ERRORS!!!!

THIS is my first experience with the holy Creation Kit! And this fatal state is the same like the Oblivion Construction Set! I hoped that the CK would be more stable, but it′s 100% the same useless Tool like the Construction Set from 2006!
And no, I dont have a marsian PC from a galaxy far, far away, with a 4096 Bit OS - I′m a normal human with Windows 7 and have been waiting so long to start the work on my own Fantasy-World. Seems that I must wait much longer for that than I thought...

I want to know: Is this only my problem or is the state of the CK everywhere the same?!

Strange, I used the CK for hours on end with very few problems. Perhaps it would be worth posting a http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Run-DirectX-Diagnostic-Tool (if you do so please put it in spoiler tags).

Stop clicking "No" and "Cancel", start clicking "Yes to All".

Solved all my problems.

I also wasn't aware Oblivion's Construction Set was a useless tool. I was pretty sure there were thousands of mods made with it, and that the anticipation for the CK was because the CS was so useful.

Stop clicking "No" and "Cancel", start clicking "Yes to All".

Solved all my problems.

I also wasn't aware Oblivion's Construction Set was a useless tool. I was pretty sure there were thousands of mods made with it, and that the anticipation for the CK was because the CS was so useful.

Talking of which, I've only got "Yes", "No", and "Cancel". There's no "Yes to all".

Haven't had the ck crash on me yet, but I've noticed that if you change a script it'll save it without creating a new data file. Thats pretty scarry.

Ah, thanks a lot. And as for crashes, I had none yet. Except when trying to close the CK. What's the best way to close it? I remember that there was a way to best close OBs Construction Kit. Anyone problems with closing the Cration Kit?

Trying freeing up some memory by shutting down everything not essential to run in your computers background.

No end of crashes, infact I havent closed it down yet, havent had it working enough to actually hit the shut down key, however as I am pushing it to the limits of its ability in the LOD and heightmap area, cant really blame the program. That so many functions glitch or dont work is embarrasing though.

Task-Manager says that CK use ~690 MB (Skyrim.esm etc. are loaded) - and 1,2 GB are free to use, so it should be enough for the things that I′ve done (see first post) ;-)

I currently play a little bit with building a little dungeon, no crashes till now.

Make sure there's a bAllowYesToAll=1 line in your Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\SkyrimEditor.ini.

That's already in my .ini and set to 1 as default, I'm still getting the nag messages though.

Talking of which, I've only got "Yes", "No", and "Cancel". There's no "Yes to all".

If you have no "Yes to all", then use Cancel.
