Issue modifying Riverwood

Post » Mon Jun 18, 2012 12:46 am

Only a simple little change I made, adding an extra bridge, to start me off learning (following the tutorial on the wiki slowly also).

In the CK went to Tamriel - Riverwood* and added the bridge. When I goto load the mod (I currently have no mods, so only see Skyrim.esm and mymod.esm) and visit Riverwood ingame, there is no sign of the changes I have made. I made sure that the module is ticked in the Data options.

Is there something that needs to be done after the changes have been made and saved?

There have been some reports of invisible objects, this could be the case here. I don't think the cause or a solution have been identified yet.

Try deleting some objects in Riverwood, I haven't heard any issues with that yet.

You may have to leave that cell and then re-enter. I had that issue when I added a cave. The entrance was there and working, but none of the geometry (though the deleted geometry was gone, as intended). I entered the cave, then exited, and all the new geometry was there.

I tried deleting objects (just to confirm that the mod was loading) and all the deleted items have been removed.

I will try re-adding the bridge later see if that fixes it.

Thanks :)
