Ok, so yesterday I met this crazy woman out in the wild who begged me to hit her with the Wabbajack. Unfortunately my Wabbajack was in a weapons rack in one of my homes, so I just stabbed her with The Pale Shade.

Did anyone have the same encounter but with the Wabbajack at hand? If so I'd love to hear what happened

I had the same encounter, but I didn't have the Wabbajack, sadly.
I just decapitated her head and played football with it. No joke.

When I encountered her I didn't have my Wabbajack on me but I've seen peeps post here that she just turns into a rabbit.

Luckily I had my Wabbajack with me so I used it on her and she just turned into a rabbit and ran off, but within 5 seconds she turned back into a human and asked me to use it again, so I just walked away.

Yep , no wabbajack when i ran into her, I did mark her on my map though
