After marriage there is an option to let your spouse come live with you in any of your houses.
I just made a house in CK (well, modified another mod), would it be possible to add the same option for this?
For example so I could tell my wife "We could live in my house Riverside Manor in Riverwood", and she would treat it as her new home.

I haven't looked into this yet (I need it for my alt-start mod) but that should be relatively easy to add to the dialogue options for whichever quest entry it is that handles that. I know that's a bit vague.

Thanks for the quick reply. Is it possible to see what actually happens when you choose that dialouge option? I'm a beginner when it comes to the CK, but perhaps a more experinced modder could be able to do this?
