Ghosts and Grass.

Hey folks. I've been playing with the CK and already made some mods.
My Kill Them Generals got quite popular at the Steam Workshop and Nexus.

But my point with this is, how do I make NPCs ghosts?
I know how to do it, but I was thinking of summons. If I create a spell to summon a Nord Ghost, I can summon him, but he won't be ghostly and etheral.
I've also been trying to make a Dunmer Ancestor Spirit, without luck. I can do everything, but not get them ghostly like the Spectral Assassin.
So, anyone know how to do this?

My second problem is, how do I remove grass in the Tamriel Gameworld? I create a shack for my character, but the grass clips through my floor and won't go away.
They are not models, so I can not delete them.

Any ideas?

I had the how to make a ghost problem not long ago. Make the character model as you normally would, but to make him/her/it appear "ghostly", the character needs an ability on their SpellList called GhostAbility. Add that to your character and see if it works!
