So one idea I had to give all the actors in the game the shield arrow deflection perk was to add it to the RACE tab.

But I was wondering if that would then make it incompatible with other mods that edit race?

And how do you arrange the load order with the Skyrim vanilla loader, is that not possible? Will editing the dates of the esp files manually control the load order?
