I know this will probably sound like a dumb question. But I'm stumped. I haven't played Skyrim since last weekend, and I only had a few seconds to look at the steam account to see about downloading the CK. When I looked at it, it didn't seem very obvious to me how to download the CK. And I only have Steam because I play Skyrim and Civ5, so I've never actively downloaded anything from Steam. Updates always happened on their own.

So, now, the dumb question. How do I download the Creation Kit. Perhaps if someone can clue me in I can realize how obvious it is and what a dummy I've been, but until then I must admit that I am clueless. Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions.

Look in the library tools list.

Open Steam. Click where it says "All Games", select "Tools". It's listed in there.
