ObectReferences with Items do not update Position?

Hi guys,

So I just wanted a Dev or someone to explain this. I have made a script that is meant to spawn an object when said item has a spell cast upon it. All if it works as intended, however, it seems that the Position of the object is always where the Item was dropped out of my inventory

(EG. Drop an Item to position A, move item to Position B, Cast a spell, Object Spawns at Position A, even though I use ITEMREFERENCE.PlaceAtMe() )
(NOTE: I have also attempted using SetPosition to set it to the ObjectReference's position)

I have changed it to allow the item to spawn at the players position using the SetPosition(), which works perfectly. Changed it to SetPosition() to the ObjectReference of ITEMREFERENCE again, but no dice.

Anyone have ideas on what is going on, or rather, to spawn this item at the damn location it is supposed to go?
