Hello all. ive just come off modding crysis 1 and playing skyrim in general. So the creation kit is here, im downloading it now through steam. ok.
1 Question.. Can i have this installed onto my laptop and open it up and use it directly..? or do i have to have steam online to open it and use it?

Im hoping its usable offline as having to be online all the time to mod would be annoying.
im excited that this is out now, theres much i can do with the kit as long as it works., thanks alot

Ok ive installed it. now but when i double click the desktop icon it brings up a steam window saying "preparing to launch creation kit" then it does nothing what happens now?

ok sorry, ive got the kit up now with the help of the video tutorials. but i just hope that i can do all of this offline.

You shouldn't have a problem as long as you keep Steam in Offline mode but it does have to be open
