Machinema Tools?

Hey guys...

I'm thinking about putting together documentation for the purpose of creating a mod that will allow for the production of epic Machinema videos within Skyrim. I'm looking for potential solutions to issues that would need to be addressed to make such tools possible.

For example, we know at the beginning of the game, you're locked in first person view and the game moves your character. I was wondering if this could be extended to allow smooth movement along a predefined path, even through the air. This would simulate camera tracking.

If the player object cannot be made to do this, could a chair be scripted to move along a predefined path, changing facing smoothly while the player is sitting in it?

If so, How might this be accomplished?

I'm actually looking into that for machinima purposes, as well. So far, I've seen a number of camera objects in the CK, and I'm about to start messing with scripts and paths to see if I cancome up with something that serves as a programmable camera rig for creating triggerable in-game cinematics.
