New QuestDialog and existing savegame ? help needed

Hi,

I'm currently working on a quest mod where I have to add a dialog to Orgnar at Riverwood Sleeping Giant Inn.

This dialog option is what starts the quest.

If I just launch Skyrim and on the menu just coc to RiverwoodSleepingGiantInn , Orgnar will have the dialog option when I talk to him.

But if I take one of my savegames and go talk to Orgnar, I just don't have this option :(

Is there some special property I have to set on my quest/dialog branch/dialog topic to enable this quest long after I've first met Orgnar ? (I want this quest to be available for new player as well

Apparently, it seems launching with wrye smash + skse doesn't work well with esp files that get updated (which is obviously the case when developing). I found the following process to work.

Work on your mod
delete your esp file in your data folder (or save it elsewhere to prevent data loss from a creation kit crash)
save in the creation kit (will recreate your esp file)
in wrye smash delete all saves that use your esp
use the regular, steam launcher and verify the esp file is checked.
load the last savegame

and repeat for every iteration. Maybe it's a bit farfetched, but at least it works now.
