Elsweyr cell?

Sorry if this is old or has already been investigated but I must ask, why is there a cell named 'Elsweyr' (Kajhit homeland) and then Maiq the Liar is in the room too! He is an essential character (he can't die), maybe it's because he is linked to a possible future DLC which features Elsweyr.

Thoughts?

I doubt it. I think it was just there to test Mai'q to make sure worked correctly. Then again, I could be completely wrong.

It's the holding cell for him while the tutorial is going on. He's released when you exit onto the mainland. The name "Elsweyr" is just a joke, as that's where he originates from (as most Khajiits do).
