whats missing in the kit!

I think what is missing in the construction kit is the ability to put in scars as such being you cant put scars on the face of new characters and only the ability to use those made that have the scars on them and it kind of svcks as in the beta or npc kits you could edit the scars on characters and now you cant!

You could edit them durring the beta test? Hmmm. I'm wondering if the removal of this functionality is in some way to blame for the color matching problem that occurs when creating new NPCs.

I'm sure they would not have removed the functionality without a good reason, such as it possibly being associated with some third-party licensed software library they were using that had to be stripped before making the CK available to the public.

I do believe the scars would have to be created in a third party graphic program. Under licensing issues, they couldn't use ANY part of the graphic(s) program in their editor. Legally, they would have had to pretty much write their own image editor into the creation kit, which would have taken a nice chunk of time, and an even bigger chunk of money.

To add scars you need to drag&drop them into the "Additional Heads Parts" box. The scars can be found under Character/HeadPart.

They don't show up in the Facegen window, though. You need to open a preview window or place them in the world to see the scar.
