Whenever I try to access a perk tree, I get a runtime error.

Here is what I do:
1) Character
2) Actor Values...
3) click any skill
4) click Perk Tree
5) Error: Could not get flowchart class object (click OK)
6) Error: Runtime error. This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. (click OK)
7) Creation kit crashes, windows starts searching for solution.

Quite frustrating since I'd really like to edit some perks.
Could anyone provide some help or more info on this?

Hmmm, that sounds like you are missing a component or if it is not installed correctly... did you get this from the start after installing CK or is this a error that occured after heavy modding?

I got this error right from the start.
But if this isn't a bug with the CK, and indeed a missing component. A re-download should fix it.
