Is there anyone in Skyrim that buys your Dragon Bones and the Scales???

I thought some Smiths bought them. Any vendor should with a certain Speech perk.

Well I don't think so, no general store or any other vendor wants to have em , guess they don't want ancient ''rare'' bones.

I sold my Dragon Bones to Belethor in Whiterun at a vastly reduced price.

General stores, Caravaneers, alchemists (I think Hunters too, but they don't have much gold and I usually ignore them).

Depending how you go, an NPC later in the main quest will pay for them too.

its hard to make that claim. while it does have more armor, any armor over a certain point is negated, so as long as it gets you to the cap its all equal. you can cap your armor pretty early in the game with just orcish armor, and that would really make it no different than wearing daedric.
