Need help with idle markers and associating a sound file to

Post » Mon Jun 18, 2012 2:37 pm

Hi guys, I hope you can help me with this,
It's probably very simple, but I have no idea how to do it.

I've added several NPCs to my manor in Solitude, bards to be exact,
I've also placed some "PlayFluteMarkers" for them to use when they're sandboxing.
The markers works great, they play the flute at certain times, but the problem is that there's no sound.

How can I associate a sound file so it plays when an NPC is using an idle markers? Let's say, I want to use "MUSBardFlute01" thay plays a nice flute sound.

Thank guys, you answers is much appreciated

Okay, I tried with a different idle marker (SweepIdleMarker) and it does make a sweeping sound when an NPC uses it.

I'm completely lost :(

Does the flute make sounds in original game? I remember drums did.

I think the sound is linked to an event or scene in the original.
In the CK, there's a WoodChoppingBlockCopy (I think the dev team forgot to delete it) that does exactly what I want, you can find it in the object window.

But instead of a furniture object, I want to use an idle marker, is it possible?
