hi i want to create mods for skyrim but i dont think its possible for me to install the creation kit because it doesnt exist. it isnt on steam and theres no download link on the internet. is it out yet?

You already have it on Steam. It's a "Tool" and is listed under that tab.

it's in the tools list, if you don't see it however then you should run a client update in the steam menu list

Yes, click on Steam, Library, click the button that says All Games (its next to search)and change it to Tools. Find "Creation Kit" and double click it. Wait for it to download and begin.
