Marriage and Homes

I've been working tonight on making a mod for myself to allow my player to marry Jorn, the bard in Solitude. Started out great. The marriage dialogue worked perfectly, wedding went off without a hitch, then the subject of where to live came up. I only own one home in the game, Honeyside, so we had only that option and his place. I chose Honeyside and gave the appropriate response that he would meet me there. Then he proceeded to go all the way back to the bard's college. He's never left. He just stand in the courtyard, playing his drums, at all hours. I've tried deleting a few of his AI packages that seemed to be keeping him in Solitude or playing his instrument but nothing has worked so far. Does anyone have ideas for me? What am I missing?

He likely has a quest alias that overrides marriage behavior, similar to Derkeethus. You could try looking at all the Bards' College-related quests and seeing if that's true, then conditioning the added AI packages to not run if he's married (I think there's a faction that NPCs get added to if they're married -- try a "GetInFaction" check).
