I've been reading through some threads on this forum, looking for the infomration necessary for a person I'm working with to add a sneak animation for werewolves (for Call of Hircine). It looks like, though I'm not quite sure, that it isn't actually possible to add any new animations whatsoever to Skyrim, just edit ones that already exist. If that's the case then this would really blow, since our team has been putting quite a bit of work into creating a new model for the werewolf, one that looks sneakier, and it'd be a shame if he couldn't create a matching animation.

I might have misinterpreted what people are saying about this problem, but I'm not optimistic, seeing as someone was saying that its impossible to add new attack animations (say for spears).
