Looking for CK and Scripting resources.

I am looking for some information on the scripting language. Although I do use SKSE I don't want to use third party translators, emulators, or .swf files. I have a better idea, but for now I want to learn the basics. I want to make an object appear in the world and be replaced by another after a quest is completed. I also want objects to appear after a quest is completed. I'd like an object to appear after a certain amount of time passes. I am looking to script NPC behavior like the Farmers that wander around tending crops. Which programs take sound files and convert them for use with Skyrim to add vocals to the NPC. How do you script them to say what's available to them. I'd like to remove an object, such as a tree after a quest or time passes. I'd like to alter the landscape after those events as well. Can I add a pond where one wasn't already? Maybe I'd have to make a mine first, but can a big Pit open up revealing the entrance after digging for it. Can this pit open up in real time, without having to load the area like when you enter a city? Can I place a barrier there so that before the pit opens you can't dash in freezing the game, falling through the world, or killing your chair?

I don't need do do any modeling or add graphics.
