I have a dwarven sphere companion who I have set to have a "followplayer" AI package. All seems fine except when I zone into a city like whiterun, it stays outside. If I create one inside Whiterun, it won't follow me outside. If I fast travel with one next to me it will come with me but they appear unable to cross from inside to outside on their own.

Anyone know how I can correct that?

Also is there a way to add relationships to NPCs? Adding a new one doesn't add it to the relationship list, and I can't drag relationships into the list
