Pulling my hair out over Word of Power wall not triggering.

Okay, so in the mod I'm working on, I'm trying to create a word of power wall where players learn the new shout I created just like in the game. The shout I made is essentially Unrelenting Force on steroids, with some added stuff. I know the shout works as I've already used it, however I've been spending a good 5 hours trying to create this stupid word of power wall so that I don't have to resort to some cheap knockoff way of making the player acquire the shout. Here's the problem: No matter what I try, I cannot get the word of power to trigger and transfer the new learned shout to my character. The SoundWallWisper get's triggered without issue, as I can hear the nords doing their little chant, however the writing on the WOP wall never lights up, and and thus it never transfers my new shout over.
I've set it up so that it's exactly identical to every other word of power wall in the game, and my WorldWallTrigger Script Properties are exactly how they are supposed to be. I was originally going to post screenshots of my CK render window, script properties and an in-game SS as well, but apparently imageshack links are too dangerous for this forum...

Anyways, If anyone has had success creating a word of power wall, please offer some suggestions or tips, maybe I missed something or overlooked something, but I have been working on this for way too long and it's driving me nuts...

out of curiosity... Have you tried copy pasting existing walls and just changing the properties of it?

Okay, so in case this helps anyone who is reading, I finally figured out the problem, which actually ended up having nothing to do with actual mod itself. Rather, I was not loading the game in an entirely separate cell, thus my mod was not loading correctly for some reason. I had this exact same issue when I was trying to create a bookcase as well, so I guess this is a relatively universal problem that can occur when you go to test a new mod. If anyone is having problems getting a mod to work, make sure that when you're testing it in-game that you load the game from a save that's located in a completely separate cell from your mod. If your mod is in a dungeon, load the game from tameriel/skyrim, then enter the cell that your mod is located in.

I'll put together a tutorial on creating word of power walls after I finish the mod.
