Hello!

Made new NPCs to sort of populate empty areas, been having trouble with conversation. None of the NPC are talking to each other, they all have idle pvssyr and random conversation checked, yet not a single sound can be heard. They all greet when I get in range but nothing else :S, I might forgot something, anyone know?

EDIT:Really weird, I assigned one NPC with maledrunk voice and he started a conversation , anyway to increase "chance" for NPC to start talking? It's like they are braindead atm.
