The allow falls flag is no longer available like it was in Oblivion. I've no idea if this was the case for Fall Out. Is there a work around or another way to encourage the follower to jump off a mountain with the player? I noticed the new navmesh system can connect drops ( like a one way system) so perhaps that is meant to replace the ability - but how many places would have that kind of pathing implemented.
