Book to add a power instead of a spell? : V

Been reading as much as I can but I cant seem to figure out what/were/how I need to script this. It is the last part of the piece to finish my dungeon/quest. Any help would be much appreciated.

Edit: it will be a greater power, that can only be used ever 72 hour (all makes sense with the quest)

Not sure if you can change how often you can cast a greater power, but a greater power is just spell, with a different type.

Thanks, that is just what I needed I from looking at it i think with a bit of playing around I will be able to change how often a lesser power can be cast. This is going to work out perfect. Now to link to a book and survive my own tomb (i made it one hell of a ride as the prize will be worth it)
