I'm trying to flatten out the land in the wilderness near Whiterun to start building on top of. Only I'm having some trouble flattening the land out, whats an easy way to do this, or alteast the right way.

Can I get an answer on this please, been messing around with it trying to find a good way to fix up the terrain but can't figure it out .
