Problem with creating a quest

Post » Mon Jun 18, 2012 11:29 pm

Hello

Im new to creating a quest, but I've done lot of dungeons already and was hoping to add quests for them to create some nice extra content to share.
So my problem is. I've followed this tutorial Step-By-Step. http://www.creationkit.com/Bethesda_Tutorial_Planning_the_Quest

I followed every single step, even used same names, places, ID's and stuff than in tutorial.
But when I try in game the NPC doesent respond anything. Just "hello" "How are you" and those random responses.
It wont open dialogue at all. Anyone know solution for this?
I noticed many other ppl had same issue when I was reading in other forums.

Well just gotta keep trying and messing with settings. As off-topic do you know way to get coordinates in game with console or is there some mod for that? Would be easier to find a nice spot for village I start working with.

There is no longer a command to determine cell in-game. An industrious modder has made some nice coordinate maps though: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=2251
