Crash when loading newly made mod in the Kit

Hello forum,

I made a simple companion mod, took my time with it, made everything just as I wanted - tried to get ingame and try the companion out and BAM, game crashes on startup.

Then I tried loading it up again on the construction set - it crashes the whole program when loading.
The error that pop ups before the whole creation kit crashes is:

"MASTERFILE: Armor '' needs to have biped slots selected in the editor."
"MASTERFILE: Bad reach value (0.00) found for weapon ''".

Then it crashes.

I guess I fooled around with the weapons and armor as I tried creating some customized armor sets for the guy, but for some reason the armors I created did not get deleted even though I chose to delete them from the browser menu.

I did some facial construction on this guy I wouldn't want to lose - took me forever to get the right looking fella' that I wanted.

Any way to undo changes done to the .esp file without loading it, or deleting the armor and weapon that seem to have been left over?

Thanks for helping.

Bumping this with a question:

If I delete something, it still stays in the browser with a *D in the count column.

Does this mean it gets deleted alltogether? It's not going anywhere even after refreshing and changing tabs back and forth.

EDIT: Also wondering (a bit offtopic, but I don't want to create a new one) how the hell do you create Outfits?

I can open the edit Outfit screen, but I can't add anything into it?
