Want a small, quiet cottage near Rorikstead? This cottage is equipt with everything an adventurer like yourself could need - a bed, a place to make and improve armour and weapons and a chest to store your items and a place to cook at. And it's in walking distance of an inn!

Hasn't got a quest for an NPC to buy it from - I'm not that good at the CK..yet. So the player automatically owns it.

To install, simply extract the .esp file to your Skyrim/Data folder.


This is my first house mod, so it ain't anything too special I'm afraid.

It is nicely done for your first mod.
Maybe you can work a little on the interior. I think it is a bit to bare.

I'm not really going to work on this house anymore, but I'll certaintly work on the interior more in my next house. Maybe in the Riften forest...
