I want a spell that acts like a rune but has more than just 1 charge. The normal Rune-Spells explode and then they are gone.
As I understand it I have to create a hazard that is placed by a magic effect which is then used by the spell, but I have not yet managed to create a hazard of the appropriate type.
Actually, I want the "rune" then to fire lightning bolts at targets within range whenever they e.g. cast a spell.
Any hints on how to achieve this?
