I have several quests that I cannot complete because either the dragon never appears in the place or the giant is missing. In some of these quests I have allowed over 200 hours of game time to lapse and they still do not appear. I have tried going by at different times and visiting a least once per log on. Is there anyone that can help?

Wait for them respawn.About 30 days.Until that,do other quests.

Had that problem too. Like Frocharocha said, just take care of other things and wait. They'll respawn, sooner or later.

I've gone from level 10 to level 57 and the giant has not appeared. I have spent hundreds of days in game time and both of the dragons are still missing. I dont think that 30 more days in game will change that.

Now there's something here.Try posting that on issue section.

Try waiting for a patch, although I don't think that's a bug.

I have the same problem with a dragon. I had killed it when just exploring and then got a quest to kill it. It's been far more than 30 in game days and still no dragon. I thought some npc's were suppose to show up too but they are not there. Even using the aura shout doesn't reveal them. I also had the companion quest not activating because I had cleared a place out with a different quest. Even after 30 days lapsed and the npc's respawned. There was another quest where there is no npc to talk to.

So I finally started over. Nord assassin instead of Khajiit. This time I won't be exploring places. I will only go to complete quests and I will only go as far as to complete the quest and no further. Not until the faction, main and some other scripted quests are done.
