I want to make the skintones of vampires more pale. Can this be done through editing the Tinting tab?

For example, there is a SkinTone.dds with color settings. Can I just select that and make the hue of each set skintone higher so that it looks more pale?

I'd normally just test it myself but there is too much data to write down so that it can be reset if I screw up.

If anyone knows the answer(s) and/or has tips I'd love to hear them.
