[papyrus] onDelete event?

Post » Tue Jun 19, 2012 7:58 am

Hi there.
Does an object casts an event when it's deleted? (like Ondelete, on free, on destroy... whatever...)... a kind of opposite of the onInit event?
I cant find anything on the wiki...

thank in advance

Not so far as I know. What are you hoping to accomplish?

thx for the quick reply:
I am creating few objects at the same time (with a script in a spell), and that works well,
now and I would like to delete all of them at the same time If only one of them is deleted.

You could do this by setting up a chain of linked references, and creating a function like http://www.creationkit.com/DisableLinkChain_-_ObjectReference that you could call on the "master" reference in order to delete them all.

I'm not sure how DisableLinkChain works, but make sure you get a handle on each reference's linked ref before you delete it, for obvious reasons.
