So currently I am doing the master Alteration spell quest, and I decide to travel to whiterun from Riften via carriage, and all hell breaks loose, here is a video showing what happens.

I am playing on 360, so obviously no mods are running, and this only happened after the 1.6 patch.

I really could not understand too much from the video. The friendlies turn hostile when you attack one, there seemed to be a lot of attacking going on, with magic that might not have been too particular about who it was hitting. You arrived by carriage? Was there a horse with you? Since the last patch if you have a horse with you all hell is likely to break loose when you fast travel outside a town with a horse. Having multiple enemies pounce on you the minute you arrive might not be considered a glitch, it happens in the wilds a fair bit at least to me. You went to the Whiterun Stables, not Whiterun, so you were not safe if it was that. Exactly how many original enemies did you get? I saw a bandit and what seemed a forsworn, but most of the things doing the attacking seemed to be yours. You did all that just for four odd human enemies? Perhaps using something a little less powerful might keep you on good terms with the locals.

I have not had that happen at that location or any town location so far, but I never use the carriage. My best has been attacked on arrival by a dragon, 3 bears, a troll and a wolf, the four bandits while already showing as red dots, waited a bit.

I use the carriage a lot and never had that happen. It looks like the OP has followers and/or thralls and the Khajit caravan are attacking them on sight. The op also seems to have a horse with him while using the carriage. For sure that spriggan looks to me like the main culprit in the piece. If its a thrall its no wonder people are attacking on sight.

To clarify, my thralls were both bandit marauders, and I had one Normal follower, there were forwornravagers, a storm atronauch 9not from me) spriggan matrons and many random bandits all spawning at once, I did not attack ANYONE i stood still and observed, the friendles were automatically hostile when i got to the location, and the NPC's that should have been hostile (sprigan matron and what not) were friendly, it made no sense what so ever. Again, I attacked no one.

It probably is a glitch then, did you try it without the thralls? And was there a horse travelling with that crowd of yours?

I did try it without thralls, same thing happens, and that horse, frost, follows me everywhere after i delivered him to letrush......

This also now happens to me when I fast travel anywhere, I will keep a video log on it soon, dont have time ATM, so later on I will make vids, but I decided to fast travel from sundered towers to karthwasten cuz it locked up on me every time I got near sundered towers, and BAM, exact same incident, except my thralls were replaced with potent storm atronauchs and now there are falmer skulers in the mix! This is really upsetting, because this is my master mage character, and I spent an ungodly amount of time getting all schools of magic to 100 and getting nearly all perks for the schools.....
