Renaming ImageSpaceModifiers

Post » Tue Jun 19, 2012 12:36 pm

So ImageSpaceModifiers are a little wonky in the CS. Creating a new one pops up the ImageSpace Modifier properties, and then you have to create a new one from the ImageSpaceModifier list in THAT window.... but.... I have a few image space modifiers I want to copy. I know it's not that much work but has anyone figured out how to rename ImageSpaceModifiers so that they can easily be duplicated and use...meaningful names?

Thanks,

-MM

In the Object Window itself, right-click > Duplicate, rename the copy.

Ok...generally I get a dialog location that you can change the name. I totally didn't realize that if you just clicked on the name a second time you'd be able to edit the name. THATS what I was looking for!

Back to wearing my dunce hat...
