I need some serious help. I was working on a player space mod today which I started working on last week. While it was saving, the CK froze and the windows close program window popped up. Since then, every time I try to start Skyrim with my mod checked to load, the game crashes before the main menu loads up. I need to know how to restore my mod to one of the backups. I know how to get to the back ups through my folders on windows. I just need to know how to restore the backup to be the file I am working on in CK and the one that loads in game. Please, help if possible.

Just re-name it.

Yup, just cut everything off the name after 'esp' and move it into your data folder, replacing the corrupt version.
