Trying to make a custom perk tree, and everything is going perfect for the exception of certain abilities getting their magnitude decreased by 50% when they are added to the character.

I double checked to make sure no other magnitude affecting abilities were affecting these abilities, but nothing was. I also changed the abilities school to make sure that some skill level wasnt effecting it, but nothing is working.

So before all my hair falls out..... Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?
