I was caught pickpocketing in Morthal when it was attacked by a dragon during my fight with the guards. After the dragon was killed, I sheathed my weapon and at that moment a guard apprehended me. While he was speaking, I turned into a Vampire which broke conversation.

Now, every time I try to place a marker over any location or try to wait, I get the message "You cannot [action] while guards are pursiung you."

I've been to a few different jails, returned to the incident it happened and waited a while, paid many bounties, played at least 20 gameplay hours since and I'm still affected.

if you get to turn into a full vampire the guard and people dislike you and try to stop you(people of skyrim hate vampire like if you are some kind of clone of rober pattinson )

I wasn't full vampire and I've been feeding. I had just gone from having Sanguine Vampiris and Rockjoint, to having no diseases and the ability to drain blood mid-conversation.
