How to activate something through dialogue ?

Question like in the topic. I don't know what script could do that. Can someone explain it to me ? I know basics, but scripting is a black magic for me :(

You can open the door through script which need to write in dialogue
NeatDoor.Activate(Game.GetPlayer())
