hi guys , can I know where can I get good armor and weapons . I am the world eater eyries main quest and I have to battle 2 dragons but I want a better equippent . the stores sell bad equip .. please help

You can usually find everythign you need in your questing. You probably sold everything of high value for easy dough or didn't explore enough. I have found at least half a dozen full sets of Ebony (parts here and there) and hundreds of Ebony weapons by exploring Draugr Tombs

I've also found Daedric & dragon. They started appearing in random loots after level 60 to 65.

Smith and enchant, you can improve things so mush that you can wear what is to your taste, whether because it suits your character or you like the look of it, rather than being forced to wear the best stuff available.

yeah indeed my full set of light armour has like 400 hitpoints and its leather boots, storm cloak gloves, saviours hide and a dragon mask, smithing for the win.

The only way to get the BEST armor is to abuse smithing and enchanting, and if you really feel like it alchemy. But then the game can just get silly easy, even on master.
