I had to make a new save to get the bugged trophies that you bastards wont fix. So i started the file and it froze...so I loaded my ps3 again to find all my data gone.

I think you are being a little harsh.

All these threads are being posted about demanding refunds and just general hate.

Sure i have broken quests and non stop lags, but i have high hopes they will fix it soon, bethesda puts out the best games and there is bound to be some glitches and bugs, we all know that from experience with this company, but they always deliver the patches quick. Atleast they listen to fans right?

Im just saying all this complaining is a little much.

Skipping the irony, though, this actually sounds like an issue with the PS3 and not with Skyrim. I don't know for sure, but you would certainly get more out of it if you posted this in a support forum. Maybe even contact playstation support too, just in case.
