One AND Two HandedLight AND Heavy Armor

Post » Tue Jun 19, 2012 5:06 pm

Without going into trivial details on the why of it all, I would like to know is it possible or feesable to have both one handed and two handed options as well as both heavy and light armors?

Thanks!

It's possible, if you wanna spend the perks. Might be hard to get your skills very high as fast if you split the time between light and heavy armor, and one and two handed weapons.

You can and it is feasible, but it makes more sense to stick with one of each.

Not going for "sense" Im one of those eviiiiiiiiil roleplayers and I like to add variety to my character, silly I know. Was wondering if I would have enough to accomplish my goal for this character.

Any idea of how many over all points we get?

You can get 80 eventually, by getting to level 81. I usually plan the core of my characters to level 50 and any points beyond that I consider luxury points.

My character uses a bow and a dagger for sneaking, and a two handed sword for straight up combat. I tried to model him after Aragorn, so he only uses light armor though.

You can do both paths. Smithing especailly and some others perks require you to fill both sides of the tree to get both aspects.

I am building a Battlemage and he is mainly heavy and two handed but I have a shield and short sword and use it ocaisionally. I often wander with a short sword and conjure ball in my left hand and have leveled one handed a fair bit like this. I smack the lower level stuff with the sword. I do pull out the big sword if the baddies are tough though.

Sure to the rest but I'd go with one armor class.

I have 100% on smithing, working on partial enchanting, all of heavy armor, some in sneak, working on two handed along the hammer lines, and want to add light armor and certain lines in one handed. Once I get that I will add some to archery I think. I believe this will give my character a good overall feel with some variety.

You can have all skills at 100. You have 80 perks tops.

So yes, you can max out four skill trees.
