I'm trying to do the Civil War questline, and I'm up to the quest Regain the Pale. I go to the Imperial Camp and speak to Legate Rikke, but the option "Reporting in" or whatever doesn't come up... I've tried Google for a solution, but found nothing useful. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

I posted a detailed method that worked for me some time ago on this forum, you may have to dig a bit for it but it's here somewhere.
