Scripting Light Objects

Post » Tue Jun 19, 2012 9:13 pm

I am trying to adjust some settings for Light Objects (specifically radius & fade); after banging my head against the keyboard (and other things) for a few hours I am starting to think it is not possible. Any insite would be appriciated, thanks!

As far as I know lights can't be manipulated in any special way via script. The best you'll be able to do is putting multiple similar lights in the same spot and just http://www.creationkit.com/Enable_-_ObjectReference/http://www.creationkit.com/Disable_-_ObjectReference them so that one is always enabled.

Not what I wanted to hear but thanks... Other than enabling/disabling lights and moving them from point A to point B -- do you know of any other scriptable commands that could effect the way lights show up in the scene?

I am trying to get a set of lights to fade out and then fade back in, so any ideas anyone has would be appreciated!
