I have a problem. I have been given green light to use someone else mods, and including it in my own mod. The problem is, that I want to import them to my own mod, so people doesn't need to download the other mods to be able to enjoy my mod, but I don't know how to import the needed things to do that.

He has made some armor, that I want to use, if that gives a better clue about, what needs to be done. I know, that it's possible to find the .dds files of the items in the master file, but doesn't know, if I can do it with the plugin files.

Please help me...

if his mod is packed in a bsa, you need to use a progeam to unpack the bsa and extract the data into folders. once you have the data extracted, you can just look for the ones you need in the appropriate folders

I don't need help anymore, I found out myself. It took some time, but I figured it out.


It works, but wasn't the only thing I needed. I needed to look at the other mods, that I extracted the .nif and .dds files from to learn, how I was able to get it working inside the game. That means I also needed to make some armor addons, and making some texture sets. Thanks anyway for spending some time responding.
