Omni-Shadow Lights : V

Thats what my Omnidirectional-Shadow lights look like and don't emit light. Reason for this?

According to your cell view, there isn't one placed.

Try right click in the render window -> Render Window Properties. Shader tab, make sure "Shadows" is enabled.

Also keep in mind that if you add more than 4 shadow casting lights to a cell, they will also do that.
