Deducing a scripted effect based on crime.

My mod removes the global for vampirism that tells all crime factions to attack the player. It also removes those factions which mark the Vampire as an enemy at Stage 4.

However, for some reason there are still certain npcs (not all) that attack my Vampire on sight. (Even at Stage 1)

For example Alvor and Delphine will attack me as soon as they see me. So will stormcloak and imperial guards in the Whiterun region. Everyone else however will leave me be (as intended).

I checked the Factions that those NPCs belonged to and found nothing that directs them to the player for being a criminal. What do you suppose it could be? Is there a way I can determine why (or what rather) is causing certain NPCs still attack my character on sight?
