For those who have been following my continued misadventures with the CK, I have this NPC who won't say the first line of any dialogue, and my quest markers won't show up. Deciding this was possibly due to a faulty save I decided to start a new character. After escaping Helgen, I immediately set upon my quest, but guess what? The guy I mentioned earlier? He's the quest giver, and he won't talk to me at all now. He just does basic greetings and won't open up any dialogue options. Has anyone else experienced this problem/know how to fix it?

I'm having the same exact issue, after following the quest tutorial on the creation kit wiki. The quest dialogue doesn't show up when i talk to my questgiver.
