Totally new player question

Um. Do you have to package your scripts with your mod (like, include them as files other than the .esp in your download) for them to transfer? I assumed they were characteristics of the esp, but someone told me he didn't have any of my scripts.

Wow, the forum censors the word for new player that isn't new player

1. Yes, you have to include them. They are no longer held in the esp files like they were before.

2. Dont bypass the filter. Its a quick ticket to get noticed by the moderators.

Yes. Papyrus scripts are external files now that need to be included with your mod just like textures or new models.

Nerds are easily offended by the N word I guess lol.

Yeah you have to package everything your mod uses into a BSA for your mod. This is only essential if you're uploading to Steam Workshop but I think most people expect all data to be archived in some form or another.

Look up the Creation Kit wiki for a good tutorial on how to start making a mod. I"m fairly new myself.
